REGISTRATION DETAILS
*Campers are encouraged to place a deposit of $50 within the Early Bird registration period to secure their Early Bird privileges and enjoy extended time to complete their payment of the remaining amount by the end of Normal registration. Campers that fail to pay up the remaining amount by the end of Normal registration will no longer qualify for the Early Bird privileges and their registration will be automatically changed to the Late registration category thus be subjected to increased amount payment of $90 to complete their registration. Alternatively, campers can do a once-off payment of $120 (SSS) / $100 (CCSS) for the Early Bird registration.
^Any registration applied later than 2th June 2007 can only be registered under part-time category.
+New-believers from the month of April onwards will be eligible for Early Bird registration privileges up till 11th June 2007 (1st day of camp).
Full Time registration includes a camp bag, 4D/3N accommodation and meals.
Part Time registration includes a camp booklet and accommodation for 6pm – 8am slot.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash payment
#1: Complete your registration and consent form
#2: Submit the camp registration fee, together with completed forms, to your Unit Administrator to make payment on your behalf at the Information Counter
NETS payment
#1: Complete your registration and consent form
#2: Go to the Information Counter (NETS counter) and pay the camp registration fee
#3: Collect your receipt and staple it to your registration form
#4: Submit your receipt, stapled to your registration form, to your Unit Administrator
Cheque payment
[Payable to "Hope Church Singapore"]
#1: Complete your registration and consent form
#2: Write your full name, care group and contact no. at the back of the cheque
#3: Submit your cheque, with your registration form, to your Unit Administrator
P.S: Registration can be done through your District Administrator as well.
Refund Policy
There will be no refund of deposits or camp fees. However, deposits and camp fees are transferable until 2nd June 2007, otherwise forfeited.
CAMP SUBSIDY
The camp subsidy application form will be available separately.
To apply, please approach your respective unit leaders.
OTHERS
To request for an official letter issued by Hope Church Singapore to excuse camp participants from school, work etc, please approach your Unit Administrators and submit your full name and the name of your school, work etc.
